Because healing is a path towards liberation.

Compassionate, culturally-affirming, and trauma-informed counseling for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
So you can finally shift from surviving to thriving - even during the hard times.

On the surface, the world sees you as the one who ‘always has it together’ - but on the inside, you’re starting to feel like you’re falling apart. You feel like you're working overtime to push down those uncomfortable feelings (you know, the ones that have always been lurking in the background) - except no matter how hard you try, you’re finding yourself more anxious, ungrounded, and on edge than ever before.

Perhaps you’re overwhelmed by all of the constant pain and trauma that you and your loved ones continue to experience - and it’s all just too much.

Or maybe you don’t really know how you’re feeling or why it is you’re feeling this way -
all you know is that you’re struggling

You want your body to feel more at ease. You want to feel more connected (to yourself, to others). You want to see (and trust) what others see.
But, you’re just not sure how.

OUR APPROACH TO COUNSELING

Relational & affirming.
Trauma-informed & somatic-based.
Anti-oppressive & culturally humble.
& most of all, humanizing.

Trauma has a way of disrupting our lives - and our relationships.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

At Pachamama Therapy Collective, we use culturally-affirming, justice-oriented, and evidence-based therapy tools to transform trauma, stress, anxiety, and co-dependency - into ease, confidence, clarity, and ultimately, a deepened, joyful, and safe connection to your self, your body, and your relationships. We look beyond the individual and examine the ways that trauma (familial, collective, generational, and ancestral) and systemic/institutional oppression interact with our mental health.

Wherever you are, we invite you to pause for a moment to offer gratitude to yourself for this step that you took to move towards a place of healing.

Because this moment right now is the start of a turning point - the beginning of personal transformation.

Because healing is, in fact, possible - but, it doesn’t happen in isolation. Healing happens in community.

At Pachamama Therapy Collective, we’re committed to supporting you heal and thrive.
