Insurance
Pachamama Therapy Collective is not currently in network with any insurance companies. However, depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for your therapy sessions at our practice. As an out-of-network practice, we can provide you with a monthly statement (also known as a “superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. This means that, while you’re responsible for the full session fee at the time of your appointment, a certain percentage of that may be paid back to you by your insurance company.
Below are some questions that can ask your insurance company to learn more about your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rates:
Does my insurance plan cover out-of-network mental health providers?
If YES: What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is there a limit on the number of therapy sessions covered per year?
What is my out-of-network deductible? Has it been met?
Is pre-approval required before beginning with therapy?
